What is HTPC?

Pros & Cons of builidng a custom HTPC

In my experience HTPC's CPU does not need to be fast (Unless you want to play games!), specially if power usage is important to you. But i strongly recommend low speed Multi-Core CPUs, curretnly AMD Dual Core (X2) is the best choise.
